Ingredients of mutton Pelau with leftover mutton gravy
- Oil half cup
- Onion very small sliced
- Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tomato 1 small
- Leftover mutton gravy 200 gm
- Green chillis 2 sliced
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Lemon zest 1 whole lemon
Method to cook Mutton Pelau with leftover mutton gravy
Take a pan add oil and when oil is heated add onion. When the onion became brown add water. When onion leaves the colour brown. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato in it. Let the tomato tender.
Now add the leftover Mutton salan in it. After cooking of few minutes add salt and green chillies in it.
When the leftover mutton gravy cooked. Add half liter water. As soon as the water start boiling add soaked rice in it. After few minutes black pepper, garlic powder add 1 tbsp lemon juice. When water near to dry add sliced peels of squeezed lemon.
After it cover and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes mutton pelau with leftover mutton gravy is ready to serve.
