Ingredients of Black Pepper Mutton Karahi Recipe:-
- Mutton half kg
- water 1 liter
- Garlic cloves 12
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2 medium sized
- Whole Spice:-
- Black Pepper 6-8
- Cinnamon stick 1 inch piece
- Cloves 12
- black cardamom 1 piece
- Green cardamom 1 piece
- Red Chili Powder 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder half tsp
- Red Chili Flakes 1/4 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Whole Spice Powder 1/4 tsp
- Green chilies 2
- Fresh coriander few leaves
Method to cook Black Pepper Mutton Karahi:-
Take half kg mutton, Put it in a pan and pour 1 liter water, let it simmer.
Remove the foam from upper layer. Now add 2 medium size sliced onion
12 cloves of Garlic and 1 tbsp Ginger Paste, half tsp of salt
also Add 2 medium size Tomatoes, Black pepper 6-8, 1 inch piece of cinnamon stick
16 cloves, 1 black Cardamom, 1 green cardamom. Pressure it for 8-10 minutes. Now remove the lid after 10 minutes.
Remove the peel of tomato. Cook until water is dried. When water dried, add half cup of oil and cook for few minutes.
After that add half tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp Red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of red chili flakes, mix and cook for a while.
Now it’s time to add 2 tbsp Yogurt. When yogurt water dried, add 1 tsp black pepper,1/4 tsp whole Spice powder, half tsp salt if needed
Cook for more few minutes and then sprinkle some green chilis and fresh coriander. Squeeze some lemon to double the flavor. and the Mutton karahi is ready.
